Loved good staff and location of the hotel. The property was cozy and the outdoor restaurant was good. The building itself was beautiful with a nice garden.

All in all, it was brilliant base for traveling to Lucerne. The staff were outstanding, and the room was modest with nice firm bed and the balcony, for instance.

I would recomand this hotel and I would stay here again. Property is family-friendly, I liked exceptional staff and food. The hotel is in the residential zone. Spectacular view of hillside. The most important - venue offers free bus too.

Perfect rooms, very amiable staff, high quality food, particularly good location. I loved the outdoor restaurant. A safe, a mini-fridge-bar and a coffee machine in the room and the very comfy bed. Fairly clean and pet-friendly hotel in Horw district

Quiet location; comfy bed; bright room. Lake Lucerne is right by the hotel. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake. Decent base for a 5-night stay.
